Not the experience we are used to to having. I know with the building being burned down that makes things harder. But usually you feel like family when you go. Not this time. Not that anyone was rude or anything like that. Just not the top notch service I am use to. I am a Buick girl and very disappointed you will no longer be carrying this line. I have bought my last 2 Buicks from you. Unfortunately we will be shopping elsewhere.
