I can't say enough about Mr.Kerns and Rich Spridgeon at Kerns. Once they knew whatI wanted they stayed the course and allowed me to order the truck I wanted and continued to keep me informed while I waited for my GMC Duramax Yukon XL RST. I am not a patient customer but they never wavered. During the wait they also found a unicorn (as they say) for my husband and 2 incredible Blazers for my daughters! Thank you AD

Well, number 1, everyone thinks going to the dealership is going to cost more, Wrong, its actually cheaper, than a drive thru oil change, and the dealer rotates the tires, and checks for leaks, and I know that the dealership puts the right oil that chevy calls for, not oil that they have on hand, plus the right filter. and they inspect the brakes, and several others important components, so I don't need to worry about driving my chevy anywhere. THANKS for the peace of mind

Everything went well, showed them my $40 off coupon email I had on my phone. It is on the bill. The largest dissapointment was $120 charge for 6 qt of oil. Would it be possible for me to go down the road to Walmart and pay $40 and come back for them to put it in? They seem like they hate it when you show them a email deal. I payed my $118 bill and was on my way, what joke on the $40 off!
